Refunds
Our return policy is designed to be hassle-free, prioritizing customer satisfaction. We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- If you received the wrong product.
- If there is a manufacturing issue with the received item.
- If the product arrives damaged.
Keep the original packaging for an easy return. To request a replacement, email us at flufstore.india@gmail.com, attaching 1-2 clear pictures of the issue. Additionally, include a video while opening the parcel, clearly displaying the defect.

- Eligibility: Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Return Responsibility: You are responsible for packing and sending back the product.

Please be aware that returns are not accepted for on-sale items or gift cards.
For Style Preference Returns:
If the product doesn't align with your style, you can only exchange it for an item of the same value.
To request a refund, email us at flufstore.india@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us at flufstore.india@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it.
Return Process:
Our return policy is valid for up to 7 days after delivery, applicable for damaged or defective products. Contact us at flufstore.india@gamil.com, providing two pictures: one showing the damage and another of the entire product along with a video of opening the parcel, clearly displaying the defect. Our Quality Assurance team will assess eligibility.
Upon approval, you have to parcel the product to the above-mentioned return address, After inspection, the replacement or refund process begins.
Important Details:
- Ensure the return includes all original items (tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, shipping labels, and the invoice).
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Exchanges cannot be facilitated via phone or WhatsApp.
- Packing for the return is the customer's responsibility.
